Dr. Perry Pickhardt, MD, is Professor of Radiology. He is Chief of Gastrointestinal Imaging at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Dr. Perry Pickhardt, MD, is Medical Director of Oncological Imaging, UW Carbone Cancer Center. Dr. Pickhardt received his M.D. from University of Michigan. He completed residency in radiology at the University of Washington in St. Louis. Dr. Perry Pickhardt, MD, also worked in the top radiology positions in several U.S. Navy military hospitals. It includes the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Pickhardt's main clinical and research interest is in virtual colonoscopy, or CT colonography, and colorectal cancer screening.
